Generated text may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before publication.

Everything the studio produces — outline, chapters, translations and cover artwork — is generated by AI models from your brief and edited by you; the site, the checkout and your receipt say so, and Amazon KDP requires you to declare it when you publish. The studio is an independent product built on third-party language and image models; it is not affiliated with or endorsed by their makers, and any model named on this site is an integration, not our brand. Use is subject to the acceptable use policy: the studio may not be used to generate sexually explicit, suggestive or otherwise NSFW text or artwork, content that depicts or praises violence or self-harm, harassment, or deceptive content, and an account that tries repeatedly is closed without refund. Everything you export — text, cover and files — is yours. The product claims no rights in it and you may publish, sell or distribute it on any store or from your own site. Generated text is produced fresh for your brief; it is not offered exclusively, and another user's brief may yield similar passages.

You are responsible for the rights, accuracy and suitability of anything you publish. The product does not guarantee acceptance by Amazon KDP or any other marketplace.

Plans and renewal. A plan is bought for a period — one month, 3 months or 12 months — at the price shown at checkout, and renews at its regular price for the same period until you cancel. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which is named at checkout and on your receipt. Cancel from your account at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and unused time is not refunded. One-off top-ups are not subscriptions and do not expire.

Refunds. A first payment is refunded in full on request within 30 days, provided no finished book has been exported from the account in that time. A renewal is refunded on request within 48 hours of the charge. Write to support@buildanebook.com; refunds go back to the payment method used.
